Pic of the Day

Rumpapumpum

i love this song so much.

and now i love this video.

Million Star Hotel

this is dope and refreshing.

Trouble on my Mind

this is dope.

"Red Bull USA brings you the exclusive first listen for Pusha T + Tyler, The Creator’s ‘Trouble On My Mind’. The single will be available Tuesday July 12 and the official video, directed by Decon’s Jason Goldwatch, is coming soon. Fear of God 2: Let Us Pray drops this August!" Listen Here

Letter To My Son

Coming outta Memphis, Don Trip has a pretty distinct style and uses vivid word play to speak on his real life situations.

i dig this.

Shabazz Palaces “An Echo From…”

"Actually the full title of this song is “An Echo From the Hosts That Profess Infinitum” –which is not as long “Reaching A New Refutation of Time and Space” but is definitely weirder. In case you don’t get the connection, Shabazz Palaces is the newest project of Ishmael “Butterfly” Butler who first refuted time and space with the Digable Planets (there might be some other people in the group but he won’t say). In some ways the futuristic Palaces sound is a logical progression from the Planets alien conceit, if not their jazz fetish. But just to keep you guessing that conceit is replaced with an alternate-universe version of Islamic/Middle Eastern history, kind of an Afrocentric answer to what Peter Lamborn Wilson did with his Hakim Bey persona. Except Hakim Bey couldn’t rap."

Who Runs The World? Beyonce.

I would never listen to the song WITHOUT the video, but together its great. You can always count on artists Beyonce and J.lo to come out with quality productions, no matter how you may feel about them personally. They know what it means to entertain and to be LEGEND [.] Beyonce looks great. Etc, etc.
