Turn Your Remains Into Vinyl When You Die

A British company called And Vinyly promises to do just that for a fee of £3,000. Pets and body parts accepted. After your passing, rotate forever on your relatives’ turntables, preferably in the form of ‘Kokomo’ or something else similarly cheery:

When the album that is life finally reaches the end wouldn’t it be nice to keep that record spinning for eternity? We offer you the chance to press your ashes in a vinyl recording your loved ones will cherish for generations. Record a personal message, your last will & testament, your own soundtrack or simply press your ashes to hear your pops & crackles for the minimal approach.

I'm Gay?

DUH. (._.)

"Rapper Lil B is coming out as a straight, gay man, and it's costing him many of his hard-earned fans. Not that it bothers him.

The rising hip-hop MC and former member of The Pack announced earlier in April that he planned to name his upcoming album "I'm Gay," despite not being a homosexual. For him, it's a re-appropriation of the word, as well as a statement in support of the gay community.

'I'm very gay, but I love women. I'm not attracted to men in any way. I've never been attracted to a man in my life. But yes I am gay, I'm so happy. I'm a gay, heterosexual male,' he told MTV. 'I got major love for the gay and lesbian community, and I just want to push less separation and that's why I'm doing it.'

Even so, the album title has spawned a nasty backlash against him, as he said he's 'many of my supporters have turned on me,' and he gets messages from some saying 'I'm gonna bash your head in," "you fa**ot," and 'I'm gonna kill you.'

The Berkeley-based rapper said that he's trying to break barriers in the hip-hop world; former MTV producer and hip-hop expert Terrence Dean recently wrote a book, titled "Hiding In Hip Hop: On The Down Low in the Entertainment Industry From Music to Hollywood," about being a gay member of the rap community and the hurdles that those involved still need to overcome in a column for HelloBeautiful.com." WHO IS LIL B MIGHT U ASK? u dont wanna know...but here u go:

told u :(

"Hip Hop is a culture and environment which does not provide a safe place for an artist to come forward or to come out," he wrote. "If you listen to many rap lyrics they promote hate and gay-bashing. It is an environment where the thug and gangster mentality is prevalent. Artists boast of a hyper-masculine bravado, with their crotch-grabbing, degradation of women, and their braggadocios lyrical slaying about the number of women they've slept with and children they’ve produced."

...wait! u can read??? and form sentences with BIG WORDS??? so WTF is this shit in ur music?! now im convinced that Lil B is the new heroin to the Black community. #spy

Sup Son?!

"I was eating some breakfast in the break-room today. One of my Black coworkers, Tanya, walked past and said, “Hi.” In turn, I gave her a nod. A nod that was directed vertically, unlike the downward direction of the traditional nod. The Black Nod.

I didn’t even think twice about it, but apparently Tanya takes this code-switching thing to another level. She stopped abruptly when she saw the Black Nod, turned to look at me and said,

'Don’t be doing the Black Nod up in here.' " Read More

Spokeo

my mom showed me this site a couple of weeks ago.

"Spokeo says that they’ve gathered this information from public documents, phone directories, social networks, marketing surveys, mailing lists, government censuses, real estate listings, and business websites. Which makes me even more upset about the times I’ve signed up for free stuff at the club thinking all I had to deal with was them sending me junk mail from time to time.

But yeah, if you are breathing, odds are your information is up on Spokeo. Of course they are a business and you have to sign-up and pay for their services, but just from typing in a name, there is plenty of information available for anyone looking fo’yo ass. I suggest that you delete yourself like I did. It may not change a whole lot, but it made me feel a little better." Read More

i paid the monthly fee and im getting my shit taken off. its mad cheap so go ahead and handle your business. Delete that shit!

p.s.
ive already looked u up ;)

Gucci Ice Cream Mane

"Gucci Mane has reappeared after his stint in a mental institution with a new tattoo---an ice cream cone on his face.

As previously reported, the 1017 Brick Squad member entered a special plea that he was “mentally incompetent” and unable to fight prosecutor's attempts to revoke his probation.

Since then he's been released and spotted at Atlanta's Tenth Street Tattoo shop with owner Shane Willoughby.

Tattoo shop worker Jason Murray posted the pictures to his Twitter account showing Gucci's etched face with three scoops of ice cream, the word “brrr” and a red lightning bolt." Read More

Michael Jackson is a Snake in the Grass???

so i was watching this movie called The Little Prince (1974) today and i came across something that caught my eye...

LOOKS FAMILIAR???

...yea thats what i thought too when i was watching the movie.

Apparently other people saw this as well...

the end is a stretch, but the other part is exactly how i saw it in my mind...

i tried to find some creditable source that said that Michael admitted to being "inspired" by Bob Fosse, or that maybe Mr. Fosse said something about it but i couldnt find anything.

Regardless they are both dope, but i am now a Bob Fosse fan.

EXTRAS

Heres another good part of the movie (unrelated)

Death of Cudi The Rapper??

"I don’t get any fulfillment out of it anymore. I don’t get fulfillment out of writing a 16. That’s why you don’t ever hear me on Kanye joints like that. For two reasons: he’s dope and I’m just not gonna be rapping on ‘Ye records and getting bodied all the time. I’m more passionate when he’s like, ‘yo Cudi, come up with a hook.’ Cause he asks me to put verses down but I’ll try to procrastinate or disappear or something. I just really get more fulfillment out of singing now. I’m teaching myself the guitar, that’s my new found love. I never thought that I could play an instrument. Picked it up, surprised myself. It’s been two and a half months, I’m already starting my next project. It’s a rock album, I’m doing a band with [producer] Dot [da Genius] called Wizard." Read More
