Complex X Raekwon

Complex had a chance to listen to some of The Chef’s upcoming album.

"“Silver Rings” f/ Ghostface Killah, produced by Cilvaringz
Rae makes a major announcement on this one: Cuban Linx III is coming! He says he doesn’t know when, but that the time is coming, and that’s good enough for us. That being said, this album definitely isn’t in the same vein as the Cuban Linx series. OB4CL and its sequel had an overarching narrative, but this record is more like a series of vignettes tied together by a common theme. By the way, this songs features the first six seconds of “As High As Wu Tang Get” right in the middle of the song before Ghost comes crashing through the glass rapping about sparking MCs and the like." The Game x "Butthurt" lol

"No one said it was easy being a gangster. Just ask Jayceon “Game” Taylor. Ever since his debut, it seems like the California rapper has constantly been involved in some kind of beef, controversy, or general fuckery. As of late, though, it’s been quite the opposite. Game swears he won’t dis anyone on his upcoming, oft-delayed The R.E.D. Album. He’s made amends with his old label, Aftermath, as well as his old mentor, Dr. Dre. He’s even made some new friends by entering a partnership with Pharrell. And although he still gets pulled into the gutter on occasion (like when someone recently threw beer at him and his kids) he’s been level-headed enough to steer clear. The new and improved Game might actually be older, wiser, and more mature…but there’s a problem. His music isn’t connecting." - Read More

Yellow Fever! The Definitive History of Asian Men Dating Outside Their Race

"Yellow Fever! The Definitive History of Asian Men Dating Outside Their Race
3:01 pm | Wednesday, March 24th, 2010
It’s no secret that everybody lusts after Asian women—just visit the streets of any major city, or Nic Cage’s crib, or this very web site (here, here, or here, for starters). So yellow fever is nothing new, but the miscegenasian has historically been one-sided: non-Asian men looking to fulfill their fetishes of submissive, exotic geisha-types. Get in where you fit in, fetishizers—but whither the Asian man? Unfortunately, the only sexual stereotype of our yellow brethren is decidedly negative (word to Ken Jeong’s nude scene in The Hangover), and there are only a handful (pause) of famous Asian men in America that might turn slant-eyeds from zeroes to heroes." Mirror, Mirror (COMPLEX)

Harriet the Spy is...HOT???

yep.

"Michelle Trachtenberg
(aka “The Key” aka “Dawn Summers” aka Harriet The Spy)
———————is giving it in the latest issue of COMPLEX magazine."
- chaseology.tumblr.com

"Michelle has been playing with sweets since the age of 3, when she spilled cranberry juice for a Wisk commercial. Thankfully, she managed to steer clear of sugary 30-second purgatory to firmly plant herself in the pop consciousness with roles as Buffy’s sister on TV’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer and an exhibitionist co-ed in the film EuroTrip. We should also mention that both roles led to Trachtenberg amassing a rather large number of not-so-secret admirers. So when pedophilic fans of Buffy (and non-pedophilic fans of bikinis) heard that she would be co-starring in something called A Couple of Dicks, you could forgive (and understand) their excitement." Why you think, me and Dame cool? we assholes...

i don't care what nobody thinks...that boy Jim got swag...don't get me confused because of my previous blog about "swag", im opposed to the misuse of the word, but if the shoe fits...if nothing more, he's a true asshole, and i luv it;)CAPO, what up???!!!

December 4th: not only is it Hova’s birthday, but today marks the official nationwide on sale date for our December/January issue. By now you’ve probably gotten to know our too-cool cover girl Zoey Deschanel, and read our controversial Jim Jones cover story, where the Dipset Capo throws all your favorite rappers under the bus. But wait—there’s more!

Jones had a lot to say, and believe it or not, he actually spoke on a number of things that never made it into the magazine. So now we’re hooking you up with some of the juiciest outtakes: Jimmy talks more about Jay-Z, gives his thoughts on Jadakiss signing to the Roc, addresses Dame Dash’s financial woes and more. Trust us, the extras are chock-full of gems. Read on to see why when Jimmy talks, everyone listens…
