It's Not Me, It's You
Lily Allen's 2nd album isnt remotely a disappointment. It does everything a 2nd album is suppose to do: progress w/o completely alienating your previous fanbase. i personally think its freaking AWESOME! Very Lily, but NOT "Alright, Still" all over-again.
